Nextt & the NDIS

Nextt is proud to have delivered support services to individuals under their National Disability Insurance Scheme funding since the NDIS’s inception. We were actively involved in the NDIS trial sites in 2013, specifically in Victoria’s Barwon region and NSW’s Hunter region. Since the national rollout of the scheme in 2016, Nextt has been a registered provider, continually delivering high-quality services – supported by our audit record.

As a registered NDIS provider, Nextt is committed to upholding the highest standards in all our services. We are required to:

Uphold the true intent of the NDIS Code of Conduct and Standards which is to enliven and fulfill the rights of people with disability to have a life with choices, control over decisions, and the ability to live the life they choose.

Maintain an in-house complaints management and resolution system to effectively address and resolve any concerns.

Implement an in-house incident management system to monitor and address any service-related issues swiftly and effectively.

Fulfil worker screening requirements to ensure all staff meet standards.

Nextt aligns itself with the regulations set out by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and the NDIS Commission (National Quality and Safeguards Commission). We adhere to the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, and Support Catalogue. Our commitment to these standards reflects our dedication to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all clients. To learn more about the NDIS, visit their website.
