From limb loss, spinal cord injury and bariatric clients, to individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida or visual and hearing impairments.
Practical Physical Disability Supports
The Nextt team is here to support safe and comfortable day-to-day living, according to what our clients seek assistance with:
Mobility and Manual Handling: Assistance with moving, transferring, and repositioning using specialised equipment like hoists.
Health Management: Medication management, continence support, and pressure care relief.
High-Intensity Needs: Complex bowel care, PEG feeding, and urinary catheter management – see Complex supports
Daily Living: From morning and evening routines, personal hygiene and dressing to support tending your garden or making coffee without assistance.
Community Engagement: Helping clients access community activities and social opportunities.
Specialised Supports: From support with Dysphagia and mealtime management plans to support with epilepsy, seizure management, and more.
Supported Independent Living: Services in standard housing or Specialist Disability Accommodation. This may also include active night supports if required.
