Kerryn Eastwood

Chief Customer Experience Officer

Kerryn’s role at Nextt is to ensure that clients’ voices aren’t just heard but acted upon – while balancing people, processes, and technology.

Growing up in a family of small business owners, Kerryn said she learned early the importance of putting the client first. Over 30 years’ experience across different industries, including corporate roles and work in the UK, has helped Kerryn hone her leadership, client experience, and strategic thinking skills.

Kerryn says Nextt’s commitment to customer centricity and innovation aligns closely with her own values and the organisation offers a collaborative environment where she can contribute meaningfully while staying true to what matters most to her. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, Pilates, and travelling to experience different cultures.

Adam Golabek

Chief Growth Officer

As chief growth officer, Adam leads the business development, marketing and enquiry teams and is committed to supporting sustainable growth for Nextt to ensure stability and opportunities for clients, potential clients and employees.

Adam is a former allied health clinician with a strong grounding in leading growth strategies and initiatives across the disability, insurance, healthcare, research foundation and membership association sectors. He brings to Nextt a client-centric, collaborative, innovative and solutions-based approach to growth.

Adam’s career focus has been in for-purpose organisations, focused on developing and delivering solutions for people who support the most vulnerable in our society.

Jon Noddings

Head of Talent Acquisition & Central Services

Jon’s position at Nextt includes oversight of talent acquisition, scheduling and everyday success. His role is to ensure Nextt is competitive in the candidate market, has a structured and efficient scheduling service, and provides support to hundreds of clients daily.

He has worked for some of the largest healthcare providers across the UK and Australia, with over 10 years in the staffing and healthcare industries, primarily in aged care and disability.

Jon says Nextt’s values and strategic pillars align closely with his own, combining a strong work ethic with a passion for giving back.

Chris Scholtz

Chief Financial Officer

With over two decades’ experience in finance and commercial project management, Chris brings great versatility to Nextt. His background includes successful mergers and acquisitions, ASX listings, and global expansion projects.

Chris joined Nextt as CFO in September 2022 and says he thrives at Nextt due to the incredible team spirit and camaraderie, where everyone works together towards the common goal of helping clients achieve their aspirations. He says this collaborative environment fuels his passion for leadership and continuous improvement.

Chris holds a B.Com. (Hons) in accounting, auditing, taxation and financial management and is a Chartered Accountant (CA) in both South Africa and Australia. Outside of work, he is an avid long-distance runner.

Margot Stevenson

Chief People Officer

As a recognised people leader, Margot thrives on building trust and engaging stakeholders at all levels. She is passionate about building organisational capability and fostering inclusive cultures with highly-engaged employees.

Margot brings diverse insights to her role, having led global and national teams across disability services, employment services, financial services, higher education, telecommunications, and transport and logistics.

As chief people officer at Nextt, Margot brings strategic insight with practical, commercial experience to deliver transformative results. She is proud to contribute to initiatives that positively impact the lives of people with disability. In her spare time Margot likes to spend time travelling and seeking out great food and wine experiences.
