Nextt Boost NDIS Services With Industry-First Tech Platform

Helping Australians with disabilities live full and independent lives has always been the goal of the NDIS, but there are always ways for providers to look at improving services to deliver that. At Nextt, we’ve always taken an innovative approach to the delivery of NDIS services, and that innovative spirit has become the basis of the INDIE platform – an industry-first tech-based platform that helps deliver to our customers the best possible results in helping them meet their goals.

INDIE is an innovative solution that, for the first time in Australia, provides an end-to-end view on NDIS customers across all stages of the journey, providing greater transparency, deeper data on goals and how they’re being met and, ultimately, a more efficient and effective level of service for the customer.

Built from the ground up, INDIE effectively captures the goals of each of our customers and creates an accurate summary on how effective the support services offered by Nextt are in helping you to achieve those goals. It covers the full engagement process, from assessment, agreement, booking, plans, and reviews, and it also gathers baseline data to track over time, while providing tools for ongoing quality management and review reporting. In short, it allows us to deliver the best possible results for your NDIS support.

“Our motto is to help our customers get more out of life,” Nextt CEO, Mark Mulder, said. “With Nextt INDIE, we now have simple, clear and consistent service procedures. These provide guiderails for our service staff, and it allows them to focus more on understanding their client’s needs and working together to achieve their individual goals.

“The value of the Nextt INDIE platform is that it provides that level of instant transparency. This platform will put clear accountability on Nextt to deliver each of our customer’s individual goals, and regularly review and measure progress. It will make us focused on our client’s individual needs, working collaboratively with them to achieve their goals, and holding ourselves accountable for measurable results. If we can keep doing this, we can deliver better outcomes for our clients and help them to get more out of life.”

Currently, NDIS plans are reviewed after the first 12 months, and every two years thereafter. However, circumstances can change significantly over the span of two years, and Nextt recommends that clients be more proactive in scheduling their own reviews and changing plans as those circumstances change. The Nextt INDIE platform was developed to help make this process easier and encourage clients to regularly self-assess and proactively monitor their progress and circumstances.

In short, Nextt INDIE gives us clarity on each customer’s individual goals, transparency on whether we are supporting them to achieve those goals, and therefore greater accountability for delivering measurable improvements in their quality of life. This gives real meaning to our mission which is to help each of our customers get more out of life.
