Lizard Children's Centre, a wholly owned subsidiary of AAA Nextt Group Pty Ltd. is one of Australia's leading providers of evidence-based teaching intervention for young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental delays. Currently there is an exciting opportunity for a part-time Receptionist/Operational Support to work with our operations team in Sydney.
If you have experience as a receptionist or in operational support including the scheduling of staff shifts and meeting and greeting clients then we would love to hear from you. You will be flexible and work proactively as part of a broader operations team and remain upbeat and professional at all times . Your communication style will be consultative, proactive, and solutions focused. You can work under pressure, manage and prioritise your work to deadlines and have impeccable organisation skills. You set a high standard of service and demonstrate this in everything you do.
In this role you will work closely with our team of professional clinicians, the operational team and our clients and their families. You will be responsible for assisting the Centre Manager with the day-to-day running of the Centre. You will be calm, competent and professional in your interactions with all your stakeholders.
Experience in the disability sector would be highly regarded.
