DISABILITY AND MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT

At Nextt, we offer a range of disability and mental health support services in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. Servicing all the major cities in those states, as well as smaller locations such as Ballarat, Geelong and Newcastle.

We have experienced, qualified staff that help people with disability at all ages and different life stages to navigate the NDIS and get the support they need.

What we can help with

Skill building

Our autism care services include individualised capacity and skill building programs targeting life skills, personal self care, leisure skills, motor skills and functional language for school-age children and young adults.

Transition Coordination

Our autism care services include a dedicated plan to set you on the path to the life you want, working hand-in-hand with trained transition planners with coordination to navigate NDIS funding.

Accommodation

We help clients make the leap to independent living with different type of housing, including transition homes and supported housing. We cover all the major capitals in Australia, so people who need autism care in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and other major centres will find the housing support they need through us.
