Jennifer Morgan

Jennifer Morgan is the Chief Executive Officer of Nextt, responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction. 

Jennifer commenced with Nextt in January 2019.  She has held several senior leadership roles within Nextt, leading both the National Service Delivery team, as well as the Quality and Safeguards team.

Jennifer has a strong human rights focus, and believes in the shared responsibility of all people to respect, protect and fulfill our obligations under the Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disability.

Jennifer has 19 years of experience in the disability sector. She has worked in senior clinical and leadership roles across not for profit, Queensland and Victoria state government, volunteer and private roles in Scotland and Australia. She has worked as a registered psychologist with a  Masters in Forensic Mental Health and is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
