Melissa leads the Quality and Safeguards team, supporting the business to strive for Practice Excellence in the provision of support to clients across Australia. Mel has 15 years’ experience in the disability sector.  Her previous roles have included senior clinical and leadership roles in disability and community health settings, across not for profit and government services in Victoria, Queensland and the UK. Mel is a registered speech pathologist and is a member of Speech Pathology Australia.
