The Opportunity: To support our clients, Nextt has immediate opportunities located in Rosebud. We
are looking for casual mental health, attendant care and disability support
workers for a wide variety of services like community access, activities of
daily living and supported independent living. To find our Nextt Support
Workers we are hosting fast-track online interviews. For this, we’d love to
meet you and introduce you to our person-centred service delivery team. As a

health challenges to achieve their goals and to get more out of life. About the role Nextt encourages a collaborative and creative approach so
that participants reach their goals and workers have the opportunity to
contribute to the development of programs. The participant group includes all
ages, diverse culture, CALD background, LGBTIQA+, diverse genders and
circumstances so new workers can grow and learn. The hours of work vary and
include weekday shifts, evening and weekend shifts. Under the SCHADS Award
penalty rates apply on weekends, Public Holidays, after 8pm and after 12

your career. About you: You are passionate about supporting
our clients to reach their goals and work in a person-centred culture. To
be considered for this role, you will have:
- Compassion
for people with disability and/or mental illness
- Experience
in supporting clients with complex behaviour support plans, cognitive
disabilities, TBI/ABI, physical and verbal aggression, 24/7 care, personal
care support
- Demonstrated
experience in implementing Restrictive Practices, Manual Handling,
Medication Management, Personal Care, Wound management, Complex behaviours
and Bowel Therapy.
- A
minimum of Cert III in Mental Health/Disability/Community
Services/Individual Support/Nursing or above with minimum of 1 year of
industry experience

What to expect on interview day You will participate in individual online interviews to help
us get an understanding of your passions, capabilities and experience. If you
successfully progress through the process, the team will be able to match your
skills and availability to current vacancies on the day. Pending reference
checks they will also be able to book you into Orientation and Induction the
following week which means you can start your career at Nextt asap. In
order for us to fast track these opportunities if you register your interest

- Clear
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children and valid Australian
Driver licence with reliable transport
- Mobile

- The
right to work in Australia and Able to provide 100 points of ID
- Current
First Aid and CPR Certificate
- In
accordance with the Chief Health Officers COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination
