Independent Living unit in Geelong will soon welcome a client with high physical
needs, requiring 2:1 support. In this
role, you will provide support to our client including personal care, manual
handling and hoisting. You will have a positive and engaging manner and a great
ability to build rapport with participants. Experience with manual handling and
2:1 support is essential in this role.
This role requires availability for day shifts only, from 7am to 9pm. For this
role, we are looking for support workers with the following experience:

What you will need to succeed You will
need experience as a Disability Support Worker, delivering services to clients
with complex physical needs. You will also need to be creative in finding new
activities to engage clients and build independence skills. You are a
dedicated support worker with a positive approach and a genuine commitment to
assist individuals reaching their goals and living their best life. You also
