About the role:
Reporting to the National People & Culture Manager, the People & Culture Administrator supports the team of Business Partners nationally. The role provides exposure to the full scope of People and Culture functions and would be suited to a recent Human Resources Graduate with administration experience.
•Creating letters regarding employment and variations to contracts
•Dealing with general inquiries such payroll, award rates, employment terms etc.
•Update employee information and off-board using the HRIS system
•Check and verify compliance documents
•Completing statements of service
•Facilitation of the administration component of current staff programs
•Assisting with People and Culture related projects and events
•Proven experience in a similar role (Minimum 1 Year)
•Tertiary qualification desirable
•Highly organised and able to prioritize tasks
•High level of multitasking ability
•Enjoy change and thrive in a fast paced and demanding role
•An ability to exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality
•Proficient in all MS Office suites
•Effective communication skills
•WWCC, NDIS worker screening check and the right to work in Australia
