THE OPPORTUNITY Due to business growth we are seeking Scheduler to join our team in Toronto on a full-time basis. As a scheduler your day to day activities will include the following; Matching support workers to individual client needs Working as an integral part of our service delivery team Developing teams of care for clients Identifying scheduling shortfalls and managing proactive solutions within the team WHAT YOU WILL POSSESS: Previous experience working in a rostering/scheduling role Possess excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Outstanding ability to communicate effectively with our clients and support staff Possess excellent organisational and time management skills Persistence and resilience Strong attention to detail Clear National Police check Qualifications in Disability - highly regarded WHY WORK FOR NEXTT?
