Nextt has positions available for experienced Disability Support Workers in Sunbury and across Melbourne's Western Suburbs. Working with NDIS Participants in their homes, in the community and in Supported Independent Living houses

You will support participants to achieve their dreams and goals. There is an emphasis on Skill and Capacity Building to encourage independence and confidence.
The participant group includes all ages and circumstances so new workers can grow and learn.
The hours of work vary and include weekday shifts, evening and weekend shifts as well as overnight hours. Penalty rates apply on weekends, after 8 pm and Public Holidays as per the award. The minimum hours per shift are two hours and can vary depending on the NDIS plan. This is an opportunity to work with other professionals, learn and advance your career.
