National General Manager, Service Delivery
Cathy Lengyel is General Manager, Service Delivery and provides oversight and direction to the Service Delivery team. Since April 2017, Cathy has been responsible for the leadership, operational and strategic management of disability and mental health services nationally.
Cathy has over 25 years’ experience in aged, disability and health care services. Prior to joining Nextt, Cathy held a number of senior management roles at Scope Victoria, Townsville City Council, Spinal Injuries Association, Healthscope Ltd and Care Connect.
Cathy has qualifications in Social Work and post graduate qualifications in Business Management and is a Graduate of Harvard Business School in not for profit Governance and a member and graduate of AICD. She is also a Board Director with Palliative Care South East Vic and has previously been a Director of several community and Not for Profit Boards. Cathy has a strong commitment to building and supporting the development of inclusive communities for all.
