Brendan Kreft is our Head of Client Experience – North.
Brendan’s enthusiastic client-outcomes focus is perfectly matched with his integrity, honesty, and a genuine passion for the industry.
Further to his experience in the mental health and disability sector, he brings forth a Bachelor of Commerce and Management majoring in Agriculture and Marketing and a Post-Graduate certificate in Business Management.
Brendan started his career in Agricultural Business Development and Farm Management, before finding his passion for the disability sector during his time as a Support Worker in London. This passion then took Brendan to Sri Lanka where he volunteered with the Shivan Foundation, working with children with disability to teach English as a foreign language (TELF).
In 2015, Brendan joined Open Minds as a Case Worker, where over the next five years he worked to become an Area Manager with a mental health focus. Brendan joined Nextt Group in 2020 as the Service Delivery Manager – Brisbane. In 2022, Brendan stepped into the Senior Client Experience Manager where his exceptional knowledge and passion for the industry has continuously and successfully driven Brisbane’s client-centred outcomes.
